The Giveaway is sponsored by LA Mad Drops (the “Sponsor”), a professional pickleball team in Major League Pickleball. For questions, contact us via direct message on our official Instagram account (@lamaddrops) or at the email listed on our profile.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or any other platform. By entering, participants release Instagram and other platforms from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) or household members of the Sponsor, its sponsors, partners, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the creation, administration, or fulfillment of the Giveaway are not eligible.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

Note on Minors: While the Giveaway itself is restricted to those 18+, the Sponsor’s broader activities involve development / minor league teams and youth participants. Separate policies apply to those programs.

The Giveaway entry period begins at the time the Giveaway post is published on the Sponsor’s official Instagram account and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on June 14, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

To enter:

• Follow the @lamaddrops Instagram account.
• Comment on the official Giveaway post, tagging three (3) distinct Instagram accounts (valid users who can be notified).
• Ensure your account is public so the entry can be verified.

Limit one (1) entry per person / account. Multiple entries from the same person (via additional comments or accounts) may result in disqualification. Use of bots, automated scripts, or other artificial means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries must comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• One (1) LA Mad Drops official hat.
• One (1) Exclusive item signed by players of the LA Mad Drops team.

Sponsor pays for standard shipping within the U.S. Winner is responsible for any taxes and any other expenses not specified. The signed item’s exact nature is at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion with one of equal or greater value.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur within approximately 7 days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from @lamaddrops. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours and provide any requested information (full name, mailing address, phone number, email, and proof of eligibility / age if requested). Failure to respond timely or provide required information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable, lost, or not received due to privacy settings, spam filters, or other issues.

Before awarding the prize, the potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability / Publicity Release, and any other documents requested by Sponsor within the specified timeframe. If the potential winner is found ineligible, fails to comply, or cannot be contacted, they forfeit the prize and an alternate may be selected.

By entering, you grant Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, broadcast, and display your entry (including your username, comment, name, likeness, and any tagged content or photos) for promotional, marketing, advertising, and other purposes in any media, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

You also grant rights for Sponsor to repost or feature fan content, photos, and comments related to the Giveaway and the team.

By participating, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its sponsors, partners (including but not limited to Jito Foundation and any others), Instagram, Meta, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising from or related to the Giveaway, entry, participation, prize acceptance, use / misuse of the prize, or any activity related thereto.

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; human error; or any damage to your device or data.

Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that violates these rules, Instagram’s terms, or involves fraud, tampering, or unsportsmanlike conduct. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway for any reason, including technical issues or force majeure events.

Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and as described in these rules or Sponsor’s privacy practices. Information may be shared with partners for prize fulfillment. See Sponsor’s privacy policy (link via bio or website if available) for details.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Entrants waive any right to jury trial.

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws. Winners may be announced publicly on Sponsor’s social channels.

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor (address available upon request) within 60 days after the Giveaway ends.

These rules constitute the full agreement. Sponsor’s decisions are final. By entering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Official Rules.
